Photography-by definition the word means: “the art or practice of taking and processing photographs.” (www.Merriam-Webster.com/dictionary). To me the essence of photography begins with the word “art.” From the first moment I held a camera in my hands and taken my first photograph, I knew I had found my purpose.

My passion for photography led me to start my own business. I wanted to create opportunities for others to appreciate what quality photographs could provide. They provide memories, they tell stories, they document history, give insight into the world, and they are works of art. So about 6 years ago I started doing photography professionally. My goal: to capture all elements of life, joy, sorrow, celebration, surprise and the wonderful imaginative beauty it provides. I then wanted to share those elements with others. All of which could be seen through the eye of the lens.

Since starting Dreams of Divine Photography I have been very fortunate to meet and work with a variety of wonderful people. One of the most important and fulfilling aspects of my life as a photographer is the pleasure I receive in knowing the photographs I have provided to others have brought them happiness. There is no greater joy than being able to capture and share with others life’s most precious moments.

I am thankful for God’s creations for He has given us such colorful and remarkable themes to capture, and I will utilize my camera as artist’s tool so that I can continue photograph and honor life and nature’s most colorful and amazing moments and share them with the world. All of which can be seen through the eye of my lens.
